New Look 6004 vintage sewing pattern, dated circa 1980s.

Misses' Dress:

Basic fitted dress with long sleeves, round neckline and back zipper.

Size 8 - 18, (Bust 31 1/2 - 40 inches / 80 - 102 cm)

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope has some tears around opening and flap.
